Tech Driven Agent LLC · StreamAgent
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Driven Agent LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as StreamAgent(“StreamAgent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, applications, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). It applies to visitors to our sites, to our customers, and to viewers and leads who interact with content our customers publish.
1. Our Two Roles
When you are our customer (you hold a StreamAgent account), we act as a controller of your account and usage information and are responsible for it under this Policy.
When you are a viewer or lead interacting with a video or page published by one of our customers, that customer is the controller of the information collected about you, and we act as a processor (service provider) on their behalf and on their instructions. For requests about that information, please contact the business whose content you interacted with; we will support them as their processor. The rest of this Policy describes our own practices as a controller.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers and account information— name, email address, password (stored hashed), company or workspace details, and profile information.
- Content— videos, audio, images, transcripts, interactive routes, and settings you create or upload.
- Lead and viewer information(processed on behalf of customers) — email address, name, phone number, responses to quizzes, polls, or forms, viewing behavior (such as watch depth, choices, and rewatches), device and browser data, IP address, approximate location, and marketing identifiers.
- Commercial information— plan, subscription, and transaction history.
- Payment information— processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Internet and usage activity— log data, pages and features used, referring URLs, and cookie or similar identifiers.
- Communications— support requests, feedback, and messages you send us.
3. Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you; automatically through your use of the Service (for example, via cookies and server logs); from our customers (for Lead Data their Viewers submit); and from service providers such as our payment processor and analytics providers.
4. How and Why We Use Information; Legal Bases
- Provide the Service— to operate, maintain, and secure the Service and your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Billing — to process payments and manage subscriptions. Legal basis: performance of a contract; legal obligation.
- Support and communications— to respond to you and send administrative, security, and service messages. Legal basis: contract; legitimate interests.

5. Automated Processing
The Service includes features that score and rank leads and summarize viewer engagement based on activity such as watch depth, responses, and interactions, to help our customers prioritize follow-up. These features assist human decision-making and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects about a person on their own. Customers configure and control how they use these outputs.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and, where permitted, functional and analyticstechnologies to remember preferences and understand usage. Our customers may also enable advertising and analytics features that place cookies or send events on their own properties; those are controlled by the customer and governed by the customer’s own notices and consent choices. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through the consent controls presented to you. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
7. How We Share Information
- Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us run the Service — such as cloud hosting, video delivery, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing — under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only for us. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
- Advertising, measurement, and CRM platforms you choose. When a customer enables an integration, we transmit the data the customer configures to that platform (for example, Meta, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn, or a CRM). See “Advertising, measurement, and audience partners” below for the data shared and how consent is handled.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law or lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of StreamAgent, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred, subject to this Policy.
- With your direction or consent. We share information as you otherwise direct or authorize.
We do not sell your personal information for money.Certain sharing for targeted advertising, configured by our customers, may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” (or “targeted advertising” or “cross-context behavioral advertising”) under some U.S. state laws; those choices are controlled by the customer whose content you interacted with, and you may opt out as described in Section 13.
Advertising, measurement, and audience partners
A core feature of the Service lets our customers connect advertising and measurement platforms — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Ads and Analytics), TikTok, and LinkedIn— and, on the customer’s instruction and configuration, we transmit event and conversion data to those platforms through their conversions APIs and advertising tags.
Depending on the customer’s configuration, the data shared may include: (a) contact identifiers such as email address, phone number, and name, which are hashed (SHA-256) before transmissionand used only to match the person to an existing account on the platform; (b) online identifiers such as cookie IDs and advertising click identifiers (for example, Meta’s fbc/fbp, Google’s gclid, TikTok’s ttclid, and LinkedIn’s identifiers); (c) approximate location and device or browser information; and (d) event data describing the interaction or conversion. The platforms use this data to provide conversion measurement and attribution, to optimize advertising campaigns, and to build audiences (including similar or “lookalike” audiences), and they process it as independent controllers under their own terms and privacy policies.
Consent.Where opt-in consent is required (for example, in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the Service is designed to share this data only when the required consent has been given and to pass the viewer’s consent state to the platform. Our customers are responsible for presenting consent notices, collecting and honoring consent and opt-out signals, and providing their own privacy disclosures for these activities. You can review each platform’s practices in its privacy policy: Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
8. Marketing Choices
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We will still send you necessary administrative and service communications.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customers control the retention of their Lead Data within the Service and can delete it. When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify associated data after a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements and secure backup cycles.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation between customers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
11. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process information there and in other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), or rely on an applicable adequacy decision.

If your information was collected on behalf of a customer, please direct your request to that customer, and we will assist as their service provider.
