- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You pick a plan, add a card, and pay nothing today. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
- What counts as a flow?
- A flow is a multi-step video experience: two or more video steps, or any route with a branch. A plain single-video page never counts, so every plan can publish unlimited single-video pages.
- What is an agent message?
- One unit of AI work your StreamAgent does for you: a chat turn with Frankie, planning a route from a video, building a rotation, a round of Studio suggestions, or answering a viewer's question in Ask the video. Core includes 300 a month, Pro 2,000, Enterprise unlimited. You can add a block of 750 for $29 any month you need more.
- Is 4K really on every plan?
- Yes. Every plan hosts and streams in 4K, and the built-in studio records in up to 4K on every plan. Rendering a finished Studio cut at 4K is Pro and above; Core renders at 1080p.
- Can I change plans later?
- Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and nothing stops early.
- What does the yearly plan save?
- Two months. A yearly plan is twelve months for the price of ten, on every tier.
