StreamAgent for course creators

Your replay sells the course.

The live webinar sold. The replay just plays. With StreamAgent behind the replay, rules decide which close plays from where the viewer came from, the workbook he built from what viewers asked or the full course, each on its own checkout. The ones who are not ready leave an email for the free lesson, and when the order lands it is recorded against the person who watched. You find out which close sold.

A course creator at a home studio desk with a microphone, teaching to the camera.
Luis teaches a cohort course on pricing for freelancers and runs one live webinar a month. The video works while Luis does the job.
The webinar replay, imported from ZoomLuis signed in with Zoom from StreamAgent and picked last month’s webinar from his cloud recordings. It came over as it was, sixty-one minutes. The two closes, one for the workbook and one for the course, were recorded at his desk in StreamAgent Studio the next day.
The video decides

Nobody is asked. The rules already decided.

This replay never asks the viewer anything. Smart Rotation decides what plays by rules Luis set, before the first second:

  • Came from the adThe replay, then the workbook at its own price
  • Came from the email listThe replay, then the full course
  • Everyone elseThe replay as it was recorded
The viewer chooses nothing. The source they arrived from picks the lane, and the closes run against each other until one wins.

The ad traffic has never heard of Luis, so it is offered the workbook, a small first yes. The list has watched him for months, so it is offered the course. Orders come back from the checkout attached to the lane that sold them, and traffic moves to the offer that wins. The free lesson for an email sits under every lane for the ones who are not ready.

A week with it

A stranger watches. You find out when it sells.

  1. Tuesday, 9:30 pm

Someone who clicked the ad watches the replay. The rotation put them in the workbook lane, so that is what they are offered at the end. They are not ready. They leave an email for the free lesson and get it on the spot.

  2. Thursday, 8:15 am

They come back from the lesson and buy the workbook. The checkout records the order, StreamAgent records it against Tuesday’s viewer, and Luis is coaching his cohort. Two weeks later the same person buys the course.

  3. Monday, 8:00 am

The report says how many watched the replay, which lane each one landed in, how many took the lesson, which close sold, and the one change worth making: the workbook close should name the chapter people asked about most. Luis says yes.

Connect to AI

He built the workbook from what viewers asked.

Luis connected Claude to his StreamAgent workspace through Connect to AI, the MCP server. He asked it which questions viewers had typed into the replay, which moments they rewatched, and what the transcript said at each one, and had it draft the workbook chapter by chapter from his own words. The replay now sells that workbook, paid on Stripe, and every order comes back to the viewer who watched.

How the workbook got made

Five questions to an assistant. One product.

Connect
Settings, Connect to AI, pick Claude. The assistant can now read his videos, transcripts, key moments and what viewers asked, and nothing changes without his click.
Ask
"Which questions did people type into the replay, and where did they rewatch?" The answer comes from the video’s own data, with timestamps.
Write
"Write chapter one from what I said between 12:40 and 19:10, in my voice." The transcript is the source, so the workbook sounds like the webinar.
Sell
The replay offers the workbook on the lane that fits, and checkout runs on his Stripe. The order lands against the viewer who watched.
Report
Monday: how many watched, which lane sold the workbook, which chapter’s question came up most, and the next one to write.
What the team does for course creators

Bring any video. StreamAgent does the rest.

StreamAgent is a video lead-generation platform that puts an AI team behind the videos you record: each one gets itself found, asks every viewer who they are, captures and scores leads, books calls, and reports back what it learned.

Gets you found
The replay gets a page and a transcript that rank for what you teach, and assistants can quote your method in your words.
Asks who is watching
It sorts viewers by where they came from, not by asking: rules decide which close plays, and the winner takes the traffic.
Captures the lead
An email for the free lesson, with the lane they came from attached, scored so a viewer who watched the close outranks a browser.
Makes the sale
The ready viewer goes to the checkout for the offer their lane made, and the order comes back attached to the video and the lane that sold it.
Reports back
Every Monday: who watched, which lane they were in, which close sold, and what to change.
The questions course creators ask first

Asked and answered.

My course sells from a live webinar. Does this replace it?

It gives the replay the job the live one does. Keep running the live event; the recording becomes the version that works the other twenty-nine days, deciding, pitching and selling while you teach.

Can it sell the course inside the video?

On Pro and up, an offer with its own checkout can sit inside the video. On every plan the video sends the viewer to the checkout for the offer their lane made, and the paid order is recorded against them when it lands. Stripe connects in one click; other checkouts by a signed webhook.

I run ads to the replay. Will this help them?

Every answer, score and enrollment can be sent back to your ad platforms, so the campaign learns who enrolls rather than who clicks. The replay that sells also trains the ads that fill it.

What about the people who are not ready to buy?

They take the free lesson for an email and land in your lead list with their lane attached, and in the email tool you already use through the integrations. When they come back, the video remembers which lane they were in.

Start with the video you already have.

Upload it, and StreamAgent proposes where the question goes and which short clips would complete it. Nothing changes until you say yes. See pricing, read what StreamAgent is, or watch the demo that asks you something.
