StreamAgent for private practice

Your introduction video makes the first step smaller.

The hardest part of finding a therapist is the first message. People watch your video to decide whether they could talk to you, then stall at the form. With StreamAgent behind the video, it asks for a first name and a way to reach you, nothing else, hands them a one-page note on what a first session is like, and offers a time. The person who would never have sent the email books instead.

A therapist seated in a calm counselling room, looking steadily into the camera.
Anita sees clients back to back and returns messages at the end of the day. The video works while Anita does the job.
Recorded on a laptop, at her deskAnita recorded the introduction in StreamAgent Studio on her laptop webcam, in the room where she sees clients, reading from the teleprompter so she could say it the way she meant to. One take. The short clips for each answer were recorded the same afternoon.
The video asks

Two fields, at the moment they care.

This video never asks a multiple-choice question. After you have said how you work, it asks for two things, and makes the first session the next step:

If you would like to talk, this is all I need.
  • Your first name
  • How I can reach you
Send
Sent the moment they press itWhat the first session is like, one page

That is the whole form, inside the video, at the moment the viewer has decided they could talk to you. The moment they press Send, the video hands them a one-page note on what the first session is like, and the same note goes to their inbox from StreamAgent. No ten-field intake. The details come later, in the room, and what they typed is shown to no one else.

A week with it

A stranger watches. You find out when it is booked.

  1. Thursday, 11:50 pm

Someone has watched three therapists’ videos tonight. Yours asks for a first name and a way to reach them, and nothing else. They type both, because that much they can do, and the note on what a first session is like is in their inbox before they close the tab.

  2. Thursday, 11:56 pm

It offers next Tuesday at 5 or Wednesday at 6. They take Wednesday. The confirmation says what to expect and how to cancel. Anita sees it in the morning.

  3. Wednesday, 6:00 pm

The person who arrives has already heard Anita explain how she works and chosen her anyway. The session starts there, not at "so, tell me how you found me."

Ask the video

They can ask her before they meet her.

A viewer can type a question into the video and get Anita’s answer, drawn from what she actually said, with the moment she said it. "Do you work with couples?" "What happens in the first session?" The answers are hers. The person who was not ready to send an email can still ask.

The note, start to finish

What happens the moment they press Send.

The hand-off
The thank-you state of the video shows the note as a download link, signed and short-lived, so the link in a shared screenshot opens nothing a week later.
The email
The same note goes to their inbox from StreamAgent, so the person who closed the tab still has it. An Enterprise practice sends it from its own domain.
The score
Receiving the note raises the lead’s score, and watching to the end raises it again, so the people who read and stayed are the ones at the top of the list.
The hand-off to her tools
The lead, with the note marked delivered, goes to the email tool or practice software she already uses, through the integrations. Nothing is retyped.
The privacy
What they typed is in her account and nowhere public. The note is sent once; a second submission updates the lead instead of sending it again.
What the team does for therapists

Bring any video. StreamAgent does the rest.

StreamAgent is a video lead-generation platform that puts an AI team behind the videos you record: each one gets itself found, asks every viewer who they are, captures and scores leads, books calls, and reports back what it learned.

Gets you found
Your video and its transcript are findable for the kind of help you offer in your area, and assistants can quote how you describe your approach.
Asks who is watching
It does not sort anyone. It asks for a first name and a way to reach them, at the moment they decided they could talk to you.
Captures the lead
A first name and a way to reach them, taken gently inside the video, and nothing is shown to anyone else.
Fills your calendar
The first session is booked before the video ends, with a confirmation that says what to expect and how to cancel.
Reports back
Every Monday: how many watched, how many left a name, who booked, and what to change.
The questions therapists ask first

Asked and answered.

Is it appropriate to ask for a name inside a video like this?

You decide what it asks and how. Anita asks for a first name and a way to reach her, in her own voice, and nothing else. Many therapists find that easier for a client than a blank contact form, and the note on what a first session is like answers the question they were about to ask.

What happens to what people answer?

It is captured into your account and nowhere else. It is never shown on the page, never shared, and you can export or delete it. Your intake process and consent forms stay exactly as they are.

My caseload is full most of the time.

Turn the booking off and the video keeps doing its job: it still asks, still answers, still captures a name. When a slot opens, you have people who already watched, chose you, and left a name.

I do not want anything that feels like a sales funnel.

It is your video, your words and one question. There are no countdown timers, no pop-ups and no pressure. The only thing it adds is the option to book, for the people who were hoping there would be one.

Start with the video you already have.

Upload it, and StreamAgent proposes where the question goes and which short clips would complete it. Nothing changes until you say yes. See pricing, read what StreamAgent is, or watch the demo that asks you something.
