Your treatment video books the first visit.
Nobody books a med spa cold. They watch you first, usually at night, usually after a friend’s before-and-after, and they want to know what the treatment involves, whether it will look natural and what it costs before they will say any of that to a stranger on the phone. With StreamAgent behind your video, it asks what brought them in, plays the walkthrough for that treatment in your words, answers the price question the way you would, and books the first visit. The front desk sees the name and the concern in the morning.

One question. Four different next minutes.
Forty seconds in, after she has said how she works, the video asks:
Each answer plays a different two minutes. The lines-and-wrinkles viewer hears how she keeps results looking natural and what a first session costs. The not-sure viewer hears that the consultation is where they work it out, and that it is free. Nobody sits through the treatment that is not about them, and nobody has to name a treatment to a receptionist before they are ready.
A stranger watches. You find out when it is booked.
- Sunday, 10:30 pm
Someone has been looking at before-and-afters for an hour and finds your video. They pick "lines and wrinkles", hear how you keep results looking like them and what a first session costs. Before it ends, the video asks for a first name and the best way to reach them, and nothing else.
- Sunday, 10:37 pm
It offers Thursday at 12:30 or Saturday at 10. They take Thursday. The confirmation says what a consultation involves and that nothing is decided in it. The reminder goes out Wednesday. Danielle is asleep.
- Thursday, 12:30 pm
The consultation starts with someone who has already heard her philosophy, knows the price range and chose her anyway. The twenty minutes go to their face and their goals, not to whether this is a place that pushes treatments.
The treatment video becomes the week’s posts.
StreamAgent Studio cuts vertical clips from the treatment video and the walkthrough for each one, framed to follow Danielle as she talks, each ending at the question. They go to Instagram and TikTok, where her patients already find her. Every clip leads back to the video that asks, so the content she posts anyway ends at a booked first visit instead of a message she answers at 10 pm.
Bring any video. StreamAgent does the rest.
StreamAgent is a video lead-generation platform that puts an AI team behind the videos you record: each one gets itself found, asks every viewer who they are, captures and scores leads, books calls, and reports back what it learned.
- Gets you found
- Your video and its transcript show up for people searching for a treatment in your area, and assistants can quote how you describe results and safety, in your words.
- Asks who is watching
- One question sorts the concern, and each concern gets the walkthrough and the price answer that speaks to it.
- Captures the lead
- A first name, a way to reach them and the concern, captured inside the video at the moment they decided to ask, scored so a viewer who watched the whole walkthrough rises first. Nothing is shown to anyone else.
- Fills your calendar
- The first visit is booked before the video ends, with a confirmation that says what to expect and the reminder that makes them show up.
- Reports back
- Every Monday: how many watched, which concern they picked, who booked, who showed, and the one change worth making.
Asked and answered.
Patients are private about this. Will they really answer a video?
More readily than they call. The question is one tap, the form asks for a first name and a way to reach them, and what they answer is captured into your account and shown to no one else. The person who would never say the treatment out loud to a receptionist will tap it.
Can it say what things cost without locking me into a price?
It says what you record. Most practices say where a first session starts and that the consultation sets the plan. What the lines-and-wrinkles viewer hears and what the body-contouring viewer hears can be different.
We get most of our patients from Instagram. Does this replace that?
It gives Instagram somewhere to send them. The shorts cut from the treatment video go out as posts and reels, every link in the bio ends at the video that asks, and the message you used to answer at night is a booked first visit instead.
Is anything the video says a medical claim we have to worry about?
The video says what you record. Most practices keep it to how they work, what a treatment involves and what to expect, and keep the clinical conversation for the consultation. Your usual disclaimers sit on the page and in the video itself, and you can change or archive it any time.
Start with the video you already have.
Upload it, and StreamAgent proposes where the question goes and which short clips would complete it. Nothing changes until you say yes. See pricing, read what StreamAgent is, or watch the demo that asks you something.
