StreamAgent for dental practices

Your practice video books the consult.

People choose a dentist at 11 pm with a toothache or a quote from somewhere else in their hand. Your video is the one that answers them. With StreamAgent behind it, they type the question they were afraid to call about, hear you answer it from the video, book the visit, and get the reminder. The front desk sees a new patient on the schedule in the morning.

A dentist in scrubs at the front desk of his practice, talking to the camera.
Dr. James Park runs a two-chair practice and is with patients most of the day. The video works while Dr. James Park does the job.
The video the practice already hadThe practice had a three-minute welcome video from a few years ago. They uploaded it as it was. StreamAgent read it and listed the questions it already answers; the ones it did not, Dr. Park answered in one short clip on a phone, the questions the front desk hears most.
The video answers

They ask. The video answers in your voice.

There is no menu. A viewer types the thing they actually want to know, and the video answers from what you said:

Are you taking new patients, and what does a first visit cost?
1:48We are. A first visit is the exam, the x-rays and a cleaning, at one flat fee, and nobody is talked into anything in the chair. Here is what happens when you arrive.

The answer is yours, in your voice, with the moment you said it. If the question is not in the video, it reaches you as a lead with the question attached, and you answer it yourself. Either way, the next thing the video offers is a time.

A week with it

A stranger watches. You find out when it is booked.

  1. Sunday, 11:10 pm

A toothache, a search, your video. They type "are you taking new patients, and what does a first visit cost" and hear you answer it, from the video, at the moment you said it. The video asks for a name and a number.

  2. Sunday, 11:14 pm

It offers 8:30 tomorrow or Tuesday at 2. They take 8:30. The confirmation lands in their inbox, the reminder is scheduled, and the appointment is on the practice calendar before anyone has unlocked the door.

  3. Monday, 8:30 am

A new patient walks in who already knows the practice, the cost of the visit, and the dentist’s face. The front desk did not take a call. Dr. Park did not do anything.

The Monday report

Every Monday, one message that matters.

Each week the practice gets one message: how many people watched, what they picked, who booked, who showed up, and the one change that would move the number. When the change is worth making, it is proposed as a card. Dr. Park says yes, or not now. Nothing changes without that.

What the team does for dentists

Bring any video. StreamAgent does the rest.

StreamAgent is a video lead-generation platform that puts an AI team behind the videos you record: each one gets itself found, asks every viewer who they are, captures and scores leads, books calls, and reports back what it learned.

Gets you found
Your video appears for people searching for a dentist near them, and the transcript lets search engines and assistants quote your answers about pain, cost and timing.
Asks who is watching
Viewers type the question they were afraid to call about, and the video answers it from what you said, with the moment you said it.
Captures the lead
Name, contact and reason captured inside the video, scored so pain and ready-to-book surface first.
Fills your calendar
The consult is booked before the video ends. Confirmation and reminder go out on their own.
Reports back
Every Monday: who watched, what brought them in, who booked, and what to change.
The questions dentists ask first

Asked and answered.

Can it book into the schedule my front desk already uses?

StreamAgent Scheduling takes the booking and sends the confirmation and reminder. It connects to the calendars most practices run on, and every booking also arrives as a notification and in your lead list, so the front desk sees it where they already look.

Our patients are nervous. Will a video they have to type into put them off?

Typing is the part nervous patients like. They can ask "does it hurt" or "what does it cost" without picking up the phone, and they hear you answer it, in your voice, without sitting through a tour of the practice first.

What about privacy? People are telling a video why they need a dentist.

What a viewer answers is captured into your account and nowhere else. It is not shown on the page, not shared with other viewers, and you can export or delete it. Your intake forms and consent stay exactly as they are.

We have one video from years ago. Do we need to reshoot?

Probably not. Start with the video you have. StreamAgent reads it, lists the questions it already answers, and tells you which ones a short clip would cover. Most practices record that clip on a phone in an afternoon.

Start with the video you already have.

Upload it, and StreamAgent proposes where the question goes and which short clips would complete it. Nothing changes until you say yes. See pricing, read what StreamAgent is, or watch the demo that asks you something.
