Your product video makes the sale.
People watch you make the piece, then leave to think about it, and you never find out who they were. With StreamAgent behind the video, the piece rides along the bottom of the player with its price and one button the whole way through, the viewer who wants it taps at the moment they want it, and the ones who are not ready leave an email for the gift guide. When the order lands in your store it is recorded against the person who watched. You find out which video sold it.

No question. The piece rides along, with its price.
This video never pauses to ask. The piece Mara is making rides along the bottom of the player from the first second, with its price and one button:
The viewer who wants it taps at the moment they want it, whether that is ten seconds in or at the end. Nobody has to wait for a question. The ones who finish without buying are offered the gift guide for an email, and when the order lands in the store it is recorded against the person who watched.
A stranger watches. You find out when it sells.
- Tuesday, 10:20 pm
Someone finds the making-of video and watches to the end with the pendant and its price riding along the bottom. They do not tap. They leave an email for the gift guide, and the guide lands in their inbox before they put the phone down.
- Saturday, 9:05 am
The drop email lands. They come back, watch again, and tap the bar at the moment she sets the stone. They buy it. The store records the order, StreamAgent records it against Tuesday’s viewer, and Mara is at the bench, not at a dashboard.
- Monday, 8:00 am
The report says how many watched the making-of video, how many left an email, which orders it sold, and that most viewers watched longest when she set the stone. The one change it proposes is filming the hoops the same way. Mara says yes.
Every order comes back to the video that sold it.
Connect the store once under Integrations and every paid order is recorded against the person who watched, with refunds reversed. The Monday report stops counting views and starts naming what each video earned, and your ads learn from the people who bought, not the people who scrolled.
From the first second to the order in the ledger.
- The bar
- The piece and its price ride along the whole video. The tap goes to the piece in the store with nothing to re-find.
- The guide
- The viewer who finishes without tapping is offered the gift guide for an email, handed over on the spot and emailed, and lands in the list with the piece they watched longest.
- The order
- The store records the paid order; a webhook tells StreamAgent, which records it against the person who watched, with refunds and cancellations reversed.
- The ads
- Purchases, not clicks, go back to the ad platforms, so the campaign learns from buyers.
- The report
- Monday names what each video earned and which piece to film next, from what people watched longest and what sold.
Bring any video. StreamAgent does the rest.
StreamAgent is a video lead-generation platform that puts an AI team behind the videos you record: each one gets itself found, asks every viewer who they are, captures and scores leads, books calls, and reports back what it learned.
- Gets you found
- Each product video gets a page and a transcript that rank for the piece and the words people use to search for it, and assistants can quote how it is made.
- Asks who is watching
- It does not sort anyone. The piece and its price stay on screen the whole video, and the button goes straight to it in the store.
- Captures the lead
- An email for the gift guide, captured inside the video, scored so the viewer who watched to the end outranks a browse.
- Makes the sale
- One tap on the bar sends the viewer to the piece in the store, and the order comes back attached to the video and the person.
- Reports back
- Every Monday: who watched, who left an email, what each video earned, and the next piece to film.
Asked and answered.
I sell products, not appointments. Is this for me?
Yes. The same team that books a call for a dentist sends a shopper to the piece for you, with the email captured and the order coming back. Booking is one thing the video can do; for a store it is usually the link, the capture and the order coming back.
Can people buy inside the video?
On Pro and up, an offer with its own checkout can sit inside the video. On every plan the bar sends the viewer to the product page in one tap, and the paid order is recorded against them when it lands.
Does it work with my Shopify store?
Yes. Connect the store under Integrations, add three webhooks in the Shopify admin for paid, refunded and cancelled orders, and paste the signing secret. Nothing is installed in the store and nothing about it changes. Stripe and other checkouts connect the same way.
I already post these videos on Instagram. What is different?
Instagram counts the view and keeps the viewer. Here the piece stays on screen with its price, the video keeps the email, sends them to the piece, and the order comes back with their name on it. Post the same clip there and point it at the video that asks.
Start with the video you already have.
Upload it, and StreamAgent proposes where the question goes and which short clips would complete it. Nothing changes until you say yes. See pricing, read what StreamAgent is, or watch the demo that asks you something.
