StreamAgent for venues

Your tour video books the tour.

Couples tour your website at midnight and your building on Saturday. In between, they send the same inquiry to six venues and go with whoever answers first with a date and a price. With StreamAgent behind your tour video, the video answers first: it says what the room holds and where pricing starts, lets them ask whether their date is open, opens the calendar for the walkthrough inside the video, and sends the pricing sheet with the confirmation. You find out when you check your phone between events.

An event venue owner in his tall brick hall under string lights, talking to a phone camera held at arm’s length.
Omar owns a restored brick event hall and runs two or three events a weekend. The video works while Omar does the job.
The tour video from the website, importedThe venue already had a two-minute tour on its website and on YouTube. Omar pasted the link and StreamAgent imported it as it was. The short answers for capacity, catering and the bar were recorded on a phone walking the room, between a setup and a ceremony.
The video books

No form. The calendar is in the video.

After the room has made its case, the video opens the calendar instead of an inquiry form:

Walk the room
  • Saturday, 11:00 am
  • Sunday, 2:00 pm
  • Tuesday, 6:00 pm
Times come from the venue’s calendar, around the events already booked, so a walkthrough is only offered when the room is free to show.
Goes out with the confirmationThis season’s pricing and open dates

The couple picks a time without leaving the video and types their date and a rough guest count. The confirmation carries the pricing sheet and the open dates for their season, so they arrive on Saturday knowing the room fits and the number works. A couple who is not ready can ask the video a question instead, and the question arrives as a lead with their date attached.

A week with it

A stranger watches. You find out when it is booked.

  1. Tuesday, 11:50 pm

A couple who got engaged on Saturday watches the tour. They type their date and a guest count of 140, hear what the room holds with a dance floor, and the calendar opens. They take Sunday at 2.

  2. Tuesday, 11:58 pm

The confirmation lands with this season’s pricing and the open dates, and the reminder goes out Friday. Omar sees the booking in the morning with the date, the count, and the fact that they watched the catering answer twice.

  3. Sunday, 2:00 pm

The couple arrives knowing the price, the capacity and that their date is open. The walkthrough is about where the ceremony goes and where the band sets up, not about whether this is a place they can afford. They hold the date before they leave.

Ask the video

They ask about the room. The room answers.

A couple can type "can we bring our own caterer" or "how many does it seat with a dance floor" into the tour and get Omar’s answer, from what he said in the video, with the moment he said it. The ten questions every inquiry asks are answered before the inquiry is sent. If he did not cover it, the question arrives as a lead with the question attached, and he answers it once, on the walkthrough.

What the team does for event venues

Bring any video. StreamAgent does the rest.

StreamAgent is a video lead-generation platform that puts an AI team behind the videos you record: each one gets itself found, asks every viewer who they are, captures and scores leads, books calls, and reports back what it learned.

Gets you found
Your tour and its transcript rank for the kind of event, the area and the questions couples ask about venues like yours, and assistants can quote what you said about the room.
Asks who is watching
The calendar opens inside the tour, so the couple who is ready books the walkthrough without a form, and the one who is not can ask the video a question.
Captures the lead
Name, date, guest count and the kind of event, captured inside the video, scored so a date in your open season with a real count rises first.
Fills your calendar
The walkthrough is booked before the video ends, around the events already on the calendar, with the pricing sheet sent in the confirmation.
Reports back
Every Monday: who watched the tour, what dates and counts they brought, who booked a walkthrough, who held a date, and which question to answer in the next clip.
The questions event venues ask first

Asked and answered.

We get inquiries through a wedding marketplace. Does this replace it?

It gives every listing somewhere better to send people. Point the listing at the tour, and the couple finishes a video and books a walkthrough instead of sending the same form to six venues and waiting.

Can it check whether a date is actually open?

StreamAgent Scheduling offers walkthrough times from your connected calendar, so a tour is only booked when the room is free to show. The open dates in the pricing sheet are yours to keep current, and the date a couple types arrives with the lead so you can confirm it on the walkthrough.

Our pricing changes by season and day of the week.

The video can say where pricing starts and let the pricing sheet carry the detail, by season and day. Change the sheet once and every confirmation sends the new one.

We run corporate events too, not just weddings.

The tour can ask what kind of event it is first and play the answer that fits: the wedding couple hears about the ceremony space, the planner hears about AV and breakout rooms, and each books the walkthrough that suits them.

Start with the video you already have.

Upload it, and StreamAgent proposes where the question goes and which short clips would complete it. Nothing changes until you say yes. See pricing, read what StreamAgent is, or watch the demo that asks you something.
