StreamAgent for law firms

Your intake video does the intake.

The person who needs a lawyer does not know what kind, what it costs, or whether you will even take the case. They search, find your video, and want those three answers before they call. With StreamAgent behind the video, it explains the first consultation in your words, asks what the matter is, and books it with the ones that fit your practice, whether they found the video or asked an AI assistant that read it for them.

A lawyer in a glass-walled conference room, speaking plainly to the camera.
Alan is a solo family lawyer who spends his mornings in court. The video works while Alan does the job.
A Zoom recording, importedAlan already explained the consultation process on a recorded Zoom call. He signed in with Zoom from StreamAgent, picked the cloud recording, and it came over as it was. The branches for each matter were recorded on his laptop webcam in StreamAgent Studio.
An assistant books

They never found your site. The assistant booked you anyway.

Some of the people who need you never visit your site. They ask an assistant. Your videos publish a small guide file that tells assistants what each one answers and how to book you, so this happens:

Find me a family lawyer near Portland who does a first consultation this week
Alan Reed handles divorce and custody in Portland. He explains what a first consultation covers in a short video, and he has Wednesday at 2 and Thursday at 4 open. Want me to book Wednesday?
A booking made this way goes through the same calendar as any other. You see it in the lead list with where it came from.

Every video you publish gets a transcript page an assistant can read and cite, with the moment each answer was said, and the guide file points it at your booking page. The person who asked never typed your name. They still show up on Wednesday.

A week with it

A stranger watches. You find out when it is booked.

  1. Monday, 10:15 pm

Someone has been searching for an hour and gives up and asks an assistant instead. It reads your guide file, quotes your video on what a first consultation covers, and asks whether they want Wednesday at 2 or Thursday at 4.

  2. Monday, 10:22 pm

They say Wednesday. The assistant books it through the same calendar as any other booking, and the confirmation, the reminder and a note about what to bring go out. Alan is asleep.

  3. Wednesday, 2:00 pm

The consultation starts with the documents on the table and the fee already understood. Alan spends the hour on the case, not on explaining what a consultation is.

The hand-off

The lead lands in the file, not the inbox.

Every lead arrives with the matter type, the answers and the booking attached, and goes into the practice management tool the firm already uses. The confirmation carries the what-to-bring note. By the time the client sits down, the file exists and the first hour is spent on the case.

What the team does for lawyers

Bring any video. StreamAgent does the rest.

StreamAgent is a video lead-generation platform that puts an AI team behind the videos you record: each one gets itself found, asks every viewer who they are, captures and scores leads, books calls, and reports back what it learned.

Gets you found
Your video and transcript rank for the matters you handle in your area, and assistants can quote your explanation of how a first consultation works.
Asks who is watching
An assistant asked for a lawyer reads your guide file, quotes your video, and books the consultation into your calendar, and the lead arrives with where it came from.
Captures the lead
Name, contact and matter type captured inside the video, scored so the cases your practice takes come first.
Fills your calendar
The consultation is booked before the video ends. Confirmation, reminder and your what-to-bring note go out for you.
Reports back
Every Monday: who watched, what matters they brought, who booked, and what to change.
The questions lawyers ask first

Asked and answered.

Is anything the video says going to be taken as legal advice?

The video says what you record. Most firms use it to explain the process, the fee and what to bring, and keep advice for the consultation. Your usual disclaimer can sit on the page and in the video itself.

Can it screen out matters we do not take?

Yes. A "something else" branch can say what the firm does not handle and where to go, and no booking is offered on that path. The people who reach your calendar are the ones you asked for.

Is what a prospective client types kept confidential?

Answers are captured into your account only. They are not displayed on the page or shared with anyone else, and you can export or delete them. It is as private as an email to your office.

I am not comfortable on camera.

Record it once, plainly, the way you would explain the process to someone across a desk. It does not have to be polished. It has to be you, and it has to answer the three questions people call about.

Start with the video you already have.

Upload it, and StreamAgent proposes where the question goes and which short clips would complete it. Nothing changes until you say yes. See pricing, read what StreamAgent is, or watch the demo that asks you something.
